Programmer from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada with a passion for doing things right, figuring out why, and asking all the "stupid" questions. Oh, and a huge Bomber fan in my spare time.
I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2006 with a Bachelor in Science (Computer Science). I have several years of experience in a variety of development environments, languages, and skills. If everything from this point on is gibberish to you but you'd like to discuss a position, project, or problem you're having, please feel free to contact me at chayglass@gmail.com.

March 2010 - Present
I serve as a developer for UnionWare, providing elite software to Unions around North America. In particular, I am involved in web development.
March 2007 - February 2010
I was one of two developers responsible for a number of large (50,000 to 450,000 users) websites, largely constructed in ASP and ASP.NET.
September 2008 - Present
I am actively developing YouFL, a text-based football simulator inspired by the likes of Out Of The Park baseball and constructed in PHP/MySQL. Further details and a link will be available sometime in 2011.
August 2006 - Present
I am the webmaster and the Winnipeg director for CFL Fans Fight Cancer, a charity that's raised over $25,000 for local cancer charities across Canada in the four years of its existence. We have events across the country each year, including an annual meet and greet at the Grey Cup.
2002 - 2009
I was an administrator on 13thman.com, a site for CFL fans, media and players to interact. In my time there I coordinated events and interviews with CBC, TSN, the National Post, and a multitude of local newspapers and media.
August 2004 - March 2009
I have run my own simulation football league with a heavy emphasis on statistical realism and owner participation since 2004, including 20 owners from all over the world. The league is currently on hiatus as it waits for completion of the YouFL software. Unfortunately owing to conflicts with a prior webhost of mine, the PHP/MySQL website I developed in 2006 for the league is no longer online.
